• Our cryotherapy chamber uses liquid nitrogen to create a refreshingly cold environment, similar to stepping into the crisp air of a winter landscape. However, unlike an ice bath, the experience is completely comfortable—allowing you to feel the invigorating chill without any discomfort.

  • Clients have the ability to choose their preferred attire for their session. Both men and women are required to wear undergarments, and while some clients opt for undergarments or bathing suits, others prefer to wear full clothing. We also provide robes that clients can wear during their session, and you're welcome to remove it while inside the chamber if you prefer. For your comfort and safety, we offer gloves, earmuffs or hats, long socks, and hard-bottom slippers, all of which must be worn. Additionally, all jewelry must be removed, along with any undergarments containing metal.

  • Our cryotherapy chamber has temperatures that range from -166°F to -220°F.

  • Our chamber sessions typically last between 1 to 3 minutes, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes, depending on the specific needs of our clients.

  • Yes, it’s safe. While liquid nitrogen is used to cool the chamber, no nitrogen directly enters the space where you are. Instead, the nitrogen is transformed into cool air. Additionally, a trained staff member will be with you throughout your entire session to ensure your safety and comfort.

PSA: You are not confined inside the chamber during your session. The doors are equipped with magnetic locks, allowing you to easily push them open and exit at any time if needed.

  • It is completely safe to breathe inside the chamber, as you are inhaling room air. For added safety, the chamber is equipped with an oxygen monitor that triggers an immediate alert if any danger is detected. While the space may feel tight and foggy, we have a window with adjustable buttons to help alleviate the sense of enclosure and reduce some of the fog. As the cool air exits the chamber, the temperature may fluctuate slightly, but this will have minimal impact, allowing you to still experience the full benefits.
