We recommend arriving with a clean, bare face and ask that you remove all makeup, as many makeup products contain particles that can deflect light. Be sure to moisturize before and after your session, as your skin may feel dry afterward, especially if you’re new to blue light therapy.

Yes, you MUST wear goggles during your blue light session. We provide goggles for all our clients. It's important not to open your eyes during the session, as the blue light wavelengths can potentially damage your eyes.

For your first session, we recommend starting with 15 minutes or less to gauge how your body reacts to the blue light. Afterward, you can increase the time to 20-30 minutes based on your needs. We suggest two sessions per week, but no more than one session within a 48-hour period to ensure optimal results.

The only sensation you’ll feel is a mild warmth, but it won’t be enough to burn your skin or cause overheating. It’s a comfortable, soothing heat designed to enhance your experience. Your face may be red after your session.
